	Chad Yonce, CCIM President and Broker-in-Charge Acquisition and Disposition of Investment Properties, Leasing. Chad Yonce was born and raised in Charleston, SC. After graduating from The Citadel in 1995, Yonce co-founded Southeastern Management Group, Inc. and assisted the company’s growth from its inception. As President and Managing Partner, Yonce now oversees an energetic staff of 12 employees that collectively manages and leases approximately 300,000 sqft of commercial space valued at just over $73 million dollars. In addition, Yonce obtained nationally recognized Certified Commercial Investment Member designation (CCIM) in May of 2004 and specializes in the purchase and sale of investment properties.
	Bryan Perrucci Sales Associate Buyer/Seller and Tenant/Landlord representation of commercial sales and leasing. Bryan Perrucci is originally from Long Island, NY and is a 1998 graduate of the College of Charleston. Since joining SEMG in 2001, Bryan’s primary focus has been on commercial and residential sales. His combined sales for 2004-2005 total over $12 million. Bryan’s expertise also includes office & retail leasing. Regardless of whom Bryan is representing, his focus is on the Client. His professionalism and experience make the negotiation process seamless.
	Meghan Magee, CPM A CERTIFIED PROPERTY MANAGER® specializing in the management of triple-net leased investment properties, shopping centers and office buildings. Meghan is a 2001 graduate of The University of South Carolina, and is currently managing properties in Charleston and the surrounding areas. In 2006, she completed the rigorous requirements of professional education, examinations and experience to receive the CERTIFIED PROPERTY MANAGER® designation by the Institute of Real Estate Management. She continues to build strong relationships with her tenants and owners, which have become mutually beneficial to the everyday success of the investment properties managed.
	Ellen Watson Ellen Watson is a Property Manager who joined Southeastern Management Group, Inc. in June 2007. Ellen is originally from Hartsville, South Carolina, and is a graduate of the College of Charleston. She currently manages 125,000 square feet of mixed-use properties, apartments and town homes in the Charleston area. Ellen's responsibilities include residential leasing, management and commercial investment management.
	Lyndall W. Dantzler, CPA, MBA Controller and CFO Lyndall is experienced in the areas of cash flow analysis, financial reviews of real estate properties, and IRS Code Section 1031 tax deferred exchanges. Originally from Columbia, SC, Lyndall graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. in Accounting from Wofford College in 1999 and then received her Masters in Business Administration from the Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina in 2001. Lyndall spent the first part of her career working at public accounting firms in Columbia, where she received her CPA license in 2004. Shortly after moving to Charleston, Lyndall joined our team in June 2006. Lyndall's strong accounting and financial background allows her to provide investment analysis to Southeastern Management Group's owners, as well as manage the accounting department for the company. Lyndall leads a full, in-house financial staff, including professionals focused on receivables, payables, reconciling of bank accounts and other aspects of cash management.
